::::Pattern Play with Yellow Triangles Wall Decal::::
Adding geometric-shaped decals to a wall is an easy and affordable way to make a wall pop. This room by Lina from projectbambino.com proves just that. The yellow triangles wall decal set creates a pattern on the wall that mimics a wallpaper look. Along with the vintage poster above the bed, these wall decals create a focal point in the room that is balanced by the super cool car bed and adorable striped tee-pee. There are lots of geometric patterns and stripes everywhere, all in a delicious combination of yellow, black and navy blue colors. I love the light fixture Project Bambino used in this space. Throughout the room, you can spot lots of car and superhero details. This is such an amazing space for a little boy to get lost in his adventures.
Thank you so much, Lina, for sharing your space with us. You sure Got Trendy!

Hi there, come on in and have a little room tour of my latest project. I designed this bedroom for my eight-year-old girl Bela. We both got really trired of her pink walls and thought it was time to freshen up a bit. I wanted to create a timeless space for her. So I opted for neutral color walls, lots of geometric patterns, streamline furniture pieces, and colorful accents. The space feels so airy and yet very cozy.
The main inspiration for this room was the mini triangles wall decal. Once I decided to use them in creating a focal wall, I started to look for other geometric pieces for the room. The bedding was a great find. I think it works well with the color of the furniture and it is not too busy that it takes away from the focal wall.
I like spaces that are surrounded by great lightning, lots of white, streamline furniture pieces and colorful or rustic accent pieces. I am so thrilled with how it all turned out.
For this project I used a lot of my own pieces. It makes the project even more special to me when I can actually design a custom art print or custom wall decal for it. Here are some of the sources for the room.
Ooh and aaah… That’s what you would hear if you were here sitting next to me as I drool over this mood board I put together for a very lovely “client”. Let’s just say that if she doesn’t go for it, I can consider my bedroom done. One way or another there will be pictures to share later! Xo.
