Can you believe the holiday season is almost here? It might seem too early to start thinking about all the gifts, the thank you notes, the family cards, decorations, and all the planning that sometimes gets a little TOO crazy. There is always so much to do. And it really doesn’t matter how much you plan ahead of time, at the end, there is always something missing or something new to do. I know that for me this holiday season will be a little crazy. So I have started all my planning already. Since I am going to be out of town this holiday season, every little thing that I get done and organized will help me when December comes. Not just on my personal side but my business side as well. So I am working hard to finish my holiday designs. And then it hit me. I should get some feedback from my customers and readers first. So I would love to hear from you. What are some of your stationery needs for this season? What about prints? What do you think you would love to surprise your relatives with? What about your child’s teachers or baby sitters? What kind of nice little card would you want to give them? Would you want gift tags with the kids’ names? Please feel free to leave a comment here or e-mail me with your needs at email@example.com. I would love to hear from all of you.

I just found this cute blog from interior designer Erika from Urban Grace interiors. I really enjoyed reading her post titled "The Birth Story". She included beautiful pictures of the birth day of her daughter, and so much detail about her experience. As I was reading, I kept remembering the birth of my kids Bela and Marcus. Everything happens so fast. So I really admired the way she recorded that moment. And to share with her readers... How adorable! Make sure to check her blog out. And also visit her website. Her work is beautiful.

This new love print is so very modern. It is perfect for my son's room actually. This design was inspired on one of my first design assignments in college. I had a lot of fun creating it and got a great feedback on it. So I decided to make some adjustments to the design and created it in soothing colors for nurseries. Below is the blue and orange version. This print is also available in pink and orange and multicolor with black.

The Bird Collection from Trendy Peas just made its debut on our etsy shop. You can check them out here. It will soon be on our web site as well. These prints are a great addition to any nursery. They are availble in both print and canvas. If you don't see a color that match with your nursery, please don't be afraid to ask us to customize the colors for you. My favorite is the stacked birds.
